This Statewide Contract is an (AR) authorization required contract. Authorization is required before purchases can be made or orders received. This purchase agreement is established to allow state agencies and political subdivisions the opportunity to purchase parts and services as part of an existing building automation system standardization program. This may include materials, such as, equipment, hardware, software, labor, and replacement parts for retrofits of existing systems. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT COVER MATERIALS, SERVICES, ETC., FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION OR ADDITIONS TO SECURITY/FIRE SYSTEMS.
